| Return Policy |
We accept returns regardless of reason within 21 days from the date of purchase.
Returns must be non-printed and in their original packaging for credit to be issues.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns, which will be waived if a replacement
order of comparable value is placed at the time the return is requested. A credit for
the order amount, less freight, handling charges (if applicable at the time of order)
and the restocking fee will be issued to the credit card used to place the order
within 15 business days of receipt and inspection of your return.
All returns require a "Return Authorization Number." Please email customer service
at info@cordenonsfulfillment.com or call 305-953-0710 to obtain your
"Return Authorization Number" so we can properly credit your account upon receipt of your package.
PLEASE NOTE:
** All returns require a "Return Authorization Number." Failure to obtain a "Return Authorization Number"
will result in an additional $5 handling charge. Any refused packages will also be charged the 25%
restocking fee in addition to both outbound and return shipping charges, any handling charges
(if applicable at the time of order) and the additional $5 handling charge for not receiving
an advance "Return Authorization Number" (unless a "Return Authorization Number" was issued
in advance of the package being refused).
**** Returns must be in re-sellable condition, or a credit will not be given. The carton,
the paper and/or envelopes come in are part of the product, so please do not discard,
deface, write on, or destroy the carton. If a customer sends back a return that is not
eligible for a credit, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the freight if they would
like the product back again.
You can use whatever delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEX), but be sure to get a tracking
number so you will be able to verify that we have received the return.
A handling charge of $5.00 applies to orders under $15.00
